This professionally designed module allows you to view the results of all your ongoing SMS dispatches, giving you a comprehensive overview of the effectiveness of your communications. <\/p>\n
Our platform allows you to customize the analysis period according to your needs. In the presented period<\/strong> field, you can select the range whose summary you want to see. This gives you the ability to track the results of your shipments in real time, both on an ongoing basis and historically. <\/p>\n The field dispatch history<\/strong> presents an accurate summary of all SMS messages sent during the selected period. This summary contains information about the number of the dispatch, the content of the message, the group of recipients and the number of messages sent and delivered. This way you have all the necessary data at hand to monitor and optimize your dispatches. <\/p>\n We also offer detailed reports for each mailing, available by clicking on the details<\/strong> at the end of the line. These reports provide accurate information about the mailing, such as the number of messages sent and unsent, as well as reasons why some messages did not reach their recipients. You can download this information as a .doc or .csv file for convenient analysis and archiving.<\/p>\n The SMS Reports module also offers functions for grouping and filtering messages. You can combine selected dispatches into a campaign using the group<\/strong> selected button, or ungroup a campaign using the ungroup selected<\/strong> button. In addition, using the filter<\/strong> messages function, you can filter SMS dispatches by name, description and date, and then combine them into one group. These tools provide maximum flexibility in managing your SMS dispatches. <\/p>\n As part of our services, we also offer Transaction Reports. These contain information about individual SMS messages that were sent as test or from an SMS gateway. As with the SMS Reports module, in the presented period<\/strong> field you can select the time range whose summary you want to see. You can see the data from this report in the table after clicking on +<\/strong>. The table shows a summary of SMS messages sent during the selected period, including information about the campaign, number of messages sent and delivered, clicked, CTR (click-through rate) and details. You can also export such information to a CSV or DOC file for easier management and analysis. <\/p>\n We believe you will find these features extremely useful and will help improve your marketing efforts.
