Our follow-up mailing tool is an innovative solution that allows you to automatically trigger a series of messages when a certain condition is met. You can customize and modify your campaigns at any time, and thus build stronger relationships with your customers and improve the effectiveness of your email marketing.  <\/p>\n<p>To get the most out of our tool, we&#8217;ve put together a series of steps to help you set up your follow-up mailings.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 1: Prepare for shipping<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to the <strong>Mailing \u2192 Sending<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Select from the list of available email creations the one to be sent first in the follow-up mailing cycle.<\/li>\n<li>Define the type of shipping as follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the rest of the shipping settings on the 1st shipping step, just like for one-time shipping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Step 2: Set shipping parameters<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>After verifying the SPAM results of the creation test, you proceed to the 3rd and final step of setting up the follow-up mailing.<\/li>\n<li>Give a name to the <strong>mailing<\/strong> that will be available after the cycle is scheduled from the <strong>Mailing \u2192 Scheduled<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Select the address group that will participate in the follow-up mailing cycle.<\/li>\n<li>Specify the due date for the first mailing that triggers the entire cycle. This message will be sent on the scheduled date and time. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Step 3: Add another message to the cycle<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to the <strong>Mailing \u2192 Scheduled<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Add another message to the created follow-up cycle by selecting &#8220;Add another follow-up&#8221; and repeat the settings from the first step &#8211; that is, select the email creative to be sent as the second in the cycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Step 4: Configure shipping conditions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Add a newly scheduled shipment to an existing follow-up cycle by selecting it from the list.<\/li>\n<li>Specify the details of the dispatch, and then the conditions for its implementation. The second and each subsequent message in the follow-up cycle is executed with reference to the previous message in the cycle. <\/li>\n<li>For example, you can specify that the second message will be sent 1 day and 5 hours after the recipient opens the previous message, or when any link in the previous message is clicked, or after a certain amount of time has passed since the previous message was sent.<\/li>\n<li>These conditions can be combined with each other, keeping in mind that they work on an &#8220;or&#8221; basis.<\/li>\n<li>In the same way, set each subsequent message in the follow-up cycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our guide is now complete!
