That&#8217;s why we&#8217;ve prepared a guide for you to help you set up a mailing to only those people who have not opened a previous message.   <\/p>\n<h2>How to do it?<\/h2>\n<p>Follow the steps below to set up this type of mailing. By doing so, you&#8217;ll increase the chances of better engagement with your audience and get additional value from our solution. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Use &#8220;Advanced Filter<\/strong>.<strong>&#8220;<\/strong> In the third step of the mailing process, select the &#8220;Advanced Filter&#8221; option. This tool will allow you to precisely select the target group for your message. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Add a new filter<\/strong>: click on the option to add a new filter. You will have the option to configure a new, dedicated filter for this particular shipment. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Select &#8220;Shipping Results<\/strong>.<strong>&#8220;<\/strong> Then select &#8220;Shipment Results.&#8221; This feature will allow you to use data from previous shipments to create a new filter. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Click &#8220;Open.&#8221;<\/strong> Select &#8220;Open&#8221; in the window that opens. This directs the filter to focus on interactions with previously sent messages. <\/li>\n<li>Set <strong>a condition<\/strong>: set the condition &#8220;Send if each &#8230; Addressee has NOT opened the message &#8230;&#8221;. This will limit the recipients to only those who have not opened the previous message. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Select a shipping number<\/strong>: Select the dispatch number to which the filter applies. This will allow you to specify precisely which messages are taken into account when creating the filter. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Enter<\/strong> the <strong>name of your filter and save<\/strong>: Finally, enter the name of your new filter and save it. Remember that the name should be easy to remember and reflect its purpose. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Select the created filter<\/strong>: Now just select your newly created filter from the list of available filters. You are now one step away from sending your message. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Test Filter<\/strong>: Under the filter table, there is a &#8220;Test Filters&#8221; button, which will allow you to check the number of addresses that meet the criteria set in the filter. This will allow you to make sure that everything is set correctly. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule<\/strong> a <strong>shipment<\/strong>: Now you are ready to schedule the shipment.
