Find out how our tool benefits you.<\/p>\n<h2>How to find returns in the address database?<\/h2>\n<p>At SARE, finding phrases in the address database is simple and intuitive. Here&#8217;s how to do it step by step:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open the <strong>Addresses<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Search<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Run the search engine, and at the bottom of the page, <strong>Returns<\/strong> will be displayed as the last search condition.<\/li>\n<li>To start the phrase finder, click on the command <strong>use phrase finder<\/strong>, written in green.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5757\" src=\"https:\/\/sare.pl\/baza-wiedzy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/search_returns.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1843\" height=\"855\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What operations can be performed on shipment returns?<\/h2>\n<p>After selecting the search conditions for the phrases and checking the &#8220;search&#8221; option, the search results will appear. Here are the options for managing the selected addresses:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Select everything according to the current filter<\/strong> \u2192 all found addresses will be covered.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Select\/unselect all on the page<\/strong> \u2192 addresses displayed on the current preview page will be acted upon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We also have several options when it comes to managing selected addresses:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Export found addresses<\/strong> \u2192 for detailed analysis of the results.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add to group<\/strong> \u2192 with this option you can add addresses to the selected group in the system.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Remove from group<\/strong> \u2192 you can remove found addresses from any group in the system to get rid of addresses that are returns.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Change status<\/strong> \u2192 option allows you to collectively change the status for found addresses. For example, when you select change status, you can change the status of found addresses to &#8220;saved no verification&#8221; to perform a verification shipment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delete<\/strong> \u2192 causes addresses to be deleted from the system irrevocably.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Why is return management important?<\/h2>\n<p>Effective returns management is a very important part of taking care of the hygiene of the base and in the process of managing the data stored in the SARE account.
