That’s why we’ve introduced a feature that allows you to automatically conjugate names by all grammatical cases in Polish. Our feature helps you increase the effectiveness of your actions by building a stronger relationship with your recipients. <\/p>\n
To use this function, it is necessary to write full names (without diminutives), in the denominator, in one of the features in the system. Note, however, that our feature only works for Polish names. If you encounter a name that is not possible to be varied correctly (e.g., misspelled, shortened, not Polish), the personalization field will remain blank. <\/p>\n
Entering the name variation code into the message is simple and intuitive. Note that after making changes, they will not be immediately visible in the editor window, because the view available there is a default one, not associated with any address. <\/p>\n
To test the script’s performance, you can use the “Preview” or “Email Preview” options. These features allow you to see how your message will look after adding personalization. Remember to make sure that the test address has a completed feature with your name. <\/p>\n
First, select the place in the body of your message where you want to enter the name variation. Next, go to the name variation by cases interface by clicking on the SareScript icon, available from both the standard editor and the drag & drop editor. In the drag & drop editor, add a section and select SAREscript, then choose the “Name Variety” option. <\/p>\n
Now select from the drop-down list the feature in which the names are stored, and the case in which you want to use them. After accepting the data you entered, the SareScript code responsible for the whole mechanism will appear in the box on the left, which, after clicking the “Insert” button, will be automatically inserted into the mailing code. <\/p>\n
If you need to insert a first name in the denominator, use simple personalization, which involves inserting the exact value of the feature. To do this, select the first name feature you are interested in from the “Address Features” drop-down list in the editor menu. <\/p>\n
Make sure everything works properly by running tests. Being able to run tests provides you with the confidence that your mailing will look exactly as you expect it to. <\/p>\n
