To do this, you have several options: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take advantage of SARE&#8217;s editors, such as the standard editor or drag&amp;drop.<\/li>\n<li>Choose ready-made templates from the &#8220;Select newsletter template&#8221; section and see the gallery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After selecting one of these options, an editing window will open, consisting of two parts:<\/p>\n<h2>HTML part<\/h2>\n<p>Here you can create a newsletter in HTML format.<\/p>\n<h2>Text section<\/h2>\n<p>You can prepare a text version of the newsletter that is displayed in all email programs.<\/p>\n<p>To start building a message, it&#8217;s a good idea to create a table-based framework. You can insert a new table, specify the number of rows and columns, and set parameters such as margins and table width. You can also merge and split cells and add or delete rows and columns.  <\/p>\n<p>Each message sent by the SARE system should include a footer that allows you to opt-out of receiving further newsletters. You can place it in the cell of your choice and select the appropriate option from the drop-down list. <\/p>\n<p>The SARE system offers many features, such as a web preview footer, subscriber profile editing and newsletter properties editing. You can also add attachments to messages, add images, personalize content, edit elements with CSS styles and analyze HTML code. <\/p>\n<p>Remember that newsletters should be prepared in accordance with anti-spam rules and also include a text version for recipients who prefer this formatting.<\/p>\n<p>You also have the option to import ready-made newsletters from ZIP files or from a URL. When attaching files, we recommend that their weight should not exceed 1MB, and when attaching several files &#8211; no more than 10MB in total. <\/p>\n<p>Read the technical documentation to prepare the correct HTML file or use the available templates to help you create newsletters.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Learn how to prepare an effective mailing with SARE.
