Your survey management platform – easy and intuitive management

In this document, we explain how to use our survey management platform. We transform complex processes into easy-to-follow steps, making survey management intuitive and user-friendly.

Your surveys – at hand

In the Survey → tab, all your surveys are available. Here you can easily manage, view, edit, copy, publish and delete them. You have full control over your data.

Survey filters

At the top of the page there is a display field. With it you can define which surveys you want to see – active, unpublished or completed. This tool makes it easier to sort and find the surveys you need.

Detailed preview

By clicking on the name of the survey, you can view the content. Check that the order of the questions and the conditioning are as you intended. This is especially important to ensure that your survey works as you expect it to.

Editing surveys

If the survey has not yet been published, you will see publish in the status column. In this case, you have the option to edit the survey – just click edit. The survey editor will then be launched, the same as when you create a new survey. We always give you the opportunity to make changes and corrections, because we know how important precision is in communication.

Save as new

You can create a new survey based on the one you selected – just select the save as new option. This is ideal when you need to create a similar survey without changing the existing one. The copy created this way will be available for editing before publishing.

Survey preferences and removal

By selecting preferences, you can make changes to how the survey works. It is also possible to delete the survey – select Delete survey. Remember that deleting a survey is an irreversible operation, so we always ask you twice before we do it.

Deleting answers from a survey

If you want to remove all answers from the survey, in the preferences select Clear answers from survey. Note that this operation is also irreversible and will deprive you of the ability to analyze the deleted answers.

Publishing the survey

If your survey is ready to be shared, select the publish option. A unique link to the survey will then be generated, which you can share via email or post on your website.

Withholding the test

If you want to terminate a survey, select the hold option. This gives you control over when your survey is available to respondents.

Reports and analysis

The last column shows the number of completed surveys and a link to the details. Clicking on this button opens detailed survey reports, where you will find the answers to each question in tabular and chart form, as well as options to filter answers and export reports. We enable you to easily analyze and understand the data collected through surveys.
