Survey reporting: understand the results
Our platform provides a place where you can freely view and analyze survey results. Created to help you extract the most important information from your surveys, it provides easy-to-read reports and infographics.
Basic view of reports
The basic report view offers you an overview of key data that helps you track the progress of your survey. It presents information such as:
- Date of publication of the survey,
- Survey completion date,
- Number of completed surveys (started – both completed and uncompleted),
- Number of uncompleted surveys (those that were opened but not completed in full),
- Number of surveys completed in full (surveys that were completed from start to finish).
On the main screen of the reports you will also see graphics that show the number of completed and uncompleted surveys in an accessible way. All this to further understand respondent behavior.
Analysis of details
For each survey, you can check more details. When you click on “details,” you will gain insight into the answers given by respondents. The reports show the content of the question along with the number of answers given, both in percentage and quantity.
Each question additionally has a graph to help you visualize the collected data. This allows you to quickly see trends and notice the most frequently chosen answers.
You can view the detailed reports directly on our site, but if you prefer, you can also export them as a .doc or .csv file. In the case of surveys conducted only for registered users, the .csv file also includes the e-mail address of the person who completed the survey. This is an added convenience that makes it easier to contact respondents.
Advanced filtering
You can customize the answers in the detailed report by using filters. This will ensure that the report displays only those responses that meet the criteria you specify. Use one of the following filtering methods:
- Question – using this filter, the report will remain those surveys in which a specific answer was given to the selected question,
- Open-ended questions – this filter allows you to display those surveys in which an open-ended question was answered starting or ending with the selected string,
- Survey completion date – this filter allows you to display surveys based on the completion date. You can define a start and end date, and surveys completed between the selected dates will be displayed,
- Survey completion status – this filter will allow you to analyze surveys that have been completed or not completed.
Remember, each of these features is designed to improve your experience with analyzing survey results so you can make the most of the data you collect and understand your target audience.
