As a SAREscript user, you have the ability to conjugate a name in different cases, which is extremely useful when you are running email campaigns. Of course, you need to have your email address database imported along with the names. This is very simple and we can show you how to do it.
Email personalization – Standard Editor
- Step 1: Start by opening the message you want to edit. Then, in the toolbar, click the second icon on the right, in the third row. This will prepare you to enter personalization.
- Step 2: You will see a new window with different scripts to choose from, such as NAME CHANGE, number in words, barcode and dynamic content. Select NAME CHANGE – this is the script we will use now.
- Step 3: In the next window that appears, we expand the available list and select the feature in which the names are imported. We select the case in which we want to conjugate the name. Once approved, we click OK. The script will be automatically inserted in the frame, so now we just need to click “insert.” An anchor icon will appear in the place of our chosen message, under which the corresponding script is placed.
Email personalization – Drag&Drop editor
- Step 1: In the Drag&Drop editor, click on the SAREscript icon. You can also add SAREscript by selecting it directly from the “Creative Content” tab.
- Step 2: A window will appear where you can select the script you are interested in. Choose a variety of names.
- Step 3: Next, you need to select the feature in which the names in the imported database are located, as well as the case in which the name should be conjugated. After clicking “insert” and then “save,” an icon of the inserted script will appear in the editor, which will automatically conjugate the names in your creation.
Using these steps, you can easily and effectively change the names in your emails, making your campaigns look more professional and more relevant to your audience. We look forward to helping you through this process and providing you with tools that will truly add value to your email communications.
