Welcome mailing – how to plan it?

Your guide to Welcome Sending in the SARE System

At SARE, we focus on efficiency, and our Welcome Dispatch is an expression of this approach. It’s a special type of mailing that makes it easy to manage full campaigns without having to repeat the same steps over and over again. This gives you more time for strategy and less time for technicality.

1. introduction to Welcome Shipping

Welcome mailings in the SARE system are the key to creating fully reported campaigns with any frequency. Until now, in order to implement welcome campaigns, it was necessary to create multiple recurring dispatches or follow up dispatches. Now, with Welcome Dispatches, we can verify new addresses in a group even every 5 minutes, allowing us to respond quickly and effectively to market dynamics.

2 Example application of Welcome Shipping

Welcome mailing is ideal in the context of campaigns aimed at new addresses in the base. When a new address is added to the base, a dispatch to those with the appropriate status is executed immediately. As a result, your welcome messages will reach the recipients at the optimal time, increasing their effectiveness.

3. how to start Welcome Shipping

The implementation of Welcome Shipping consists of two stages:

  • Scheduling a mailing: You select a creative, set the subject and sender, and then specify the type of mailing as “welcome”. You will be shown the results of the SPAM test and the ability to preview the creation.
  • Set shipping parameters: In this step, the options differ from standard shipping. You still have the ability to manage tracking and publishing options on your social profile once you connect your SARE account. However, there is no option to indicate a specific date and time for the dispatch, instead you set the periods when the dispatch will be triggered.

Your scheduled Welcome Mailing will be visible in the MAILING → SENDING section. It will be described there with a number, newsletter name, creation date and number of messages sent. You can cancel it there, check the details, hide it in reports, and launch it by clicking on the arrow button.

In a new window, you decide the times and days when the mailing will be launched. You also choose the group to which the dispatch will be carried out, and the one to which the addresses will be transferred after the welcome message is sent. After approving these settings, the system will check the database at the indicated time and perform mailings to new addresses in the group. If necessary, you can modify the group settings and the days and times of dispatch.

Scheduled Welcome Mailing is a great way to keep your communications dynamic and effective. Enjoy the freedom to manage your campaigns and let the SARE system take care of the rest.
