Shipment Optimizer: Customize your email marketing strategy
Sending Optimizer is a powerful tool that allows you to accurately test the effectiveness of emailing on different days and times. When planning a single campaign, you can define different mailing dates to be tested by our system. This will give you information that will allow you to maximize the effectiveness of your mailings. You will understand when your recipients are most likely to open and click on messages, allowing you to adjust your strategy to their preferences.
How to use the Shipment Optimizer?
Shipping planning
To get started, in the first step of shipping planning, select “Shipment Optimizer” as the shipping type. Then, the second planning step proceeds in the standard way, while the third step gives you the option to split the shipment into different days and times.
The system will divide the base to be shipped into equal parts and execute the shipment at designated times, on each selected day. For example, if you decide to ship on 5 specific days, the system will complete 20 shipments – 4 on each of the selected days, testing different times of the day.
Scheduled mailings are visible in the mailing → scheduled section, and you will see specific dates in the mailing details.
Shipment reports
Based on the data collected by the Shipment Optimizer, you will get rich reports of time statistics. There are charts showing the days and hours with the best results in terms of opens and clicks. In addition, you can group the data by days of the week or any specified range of hours, making it easier to identify the optimal shipping date.
Both the planning and analysis of results are simple and intuitive, and the benefits can greatly improve the effectiveness of your email marketing strategy.
