How to do it?
Follow the steps below to set up this type of mailing. By doing so, you’ll increase the chances of better engagement with your audience and get additional value from our solution.
- Use “Advanced Filter.“ In the third step of the mailing process, select the “Advanced Filter” option. This tool will allow you to precisely select the target group for your message.
- Add a new filter: click on the option to add a new filter. You will have the option to configure a new, dedicated filter for this particular shipment.
- Select “Shipping Results.“ Then select “Shipment Results.” This feature will allow you to use data from previous shipments to create a new filter.
- Click “Open.” Select “Open” in the window that opens. This directs the filter to focus on interactions with previously sent messages.
- Set a condition: set the condition “Send if each … Addressee has NOT opened the message …”. This will limit the recipients to only those who have not opened the previous message.
- Select a shipping number: Select the dispatch number to which the filter applies. This will allow you to specify precisely which messages are taken into account when creating the filter.
- Enter the name of your filter and save: Finally, enter the name of your new filter and save it. Remember that the name should be easy to remember and reflect its purpose.
- Select the created filter: Now just select your newly created filter from the list of available filters. You are now one step away from sending your message.
- Test Filter: Under the filter table, there is a “Test Filters” button, which will allow you to check the number of addresses that meet the criteria set in the filter. This will allow you to make sure that everything is set correctly.
- Schedule a shipment: Now you are ready to schedule the shipment. Everything follows the standard procedure you already know well.
