Your relationship with your subscribers is unique. With the simple personalization process offered by SARE, you can emphasize this individuality by reaching out to them with tailored messages. All you need is their email addresses and any additional features you want to include in the mailing. The process is simple and straightforward, and here’s how to make it happen:
Step 1: Prepare subscriber database
Start by preparing a database of your subscribers. You can do this in many ways, but one of the easiest is to create a CSV file. This file should contain your subscribers’ email addresses and any additional features you want to use for personalization. For example, you can add their first and last names, as shown below:
Step 2: Import the database into the SARE system.
After preparing the database, the next step is to import it into SARE. If you’re adding a new feature that hasn’t been used in SARE before, you’ll need to create it first in the Addresses → Database Structure section.
Step 3: Personalize the content of the mailing
Once you have prepared your database and imported it into SARE, you are ready to create personalized mailings. When creating a mailing creation in the editor, select the feature you want to personalize with customer data from the “Address Features” list. The feature names that appear in the body of the mailing, such as %prop1% or %nazwa_cechy%, will be replaced with the actual customer data when you send the mailing.
Step 4: Verify personalization
Once you’ve finished creating your mailing, you can check that everything is in order by using the option to preview the mailing content for a specific address that is in your imported SARE database. This feature allows you to make sure that all the data has been entered correctly and that your messages are effectively personalized.
Using SARE and this simple personalization process, you can better communicate with your subscribers, reaching them on a more personal level. Thus, you increase your chances of communicating effectively and building stronger relationships. We would like to invite you to try this feature and see how it can transform your way of communicating with your subscribers.
