How to find returns in the address database?
At SARE, finding phrases in the address database is simple and intuitive. Here’s how to do it step by step:
- Open the Addresses tab.
- Select Search.
- Run the search engine, and at the bottom of the page, Returns will be displayed as the last search condition.
- To start the phrase finder, click on the command use phrase finder, written in green.
What operations can be performed on shipment returns?
After selecting the search conditions for the phrases and checking the “search” option, the search results will appear. Here are the options for managing the selected addresses:
- Select everything according to the current filter → all found addresses will be covered.
- Select/unselect all on the page → addresses displayed on the current preview page will be acted upon.
We also have several options when it comes to managing selected addresses:
- Export found addresses → for detailed analysis of the results.
- Add to group → with this option you can add addresses to the selected group in the system.
- Remove from group → you can remove found addresses from any group in the system to get rid of addresses that are returns.
- Change status → option allows you to collectively change the status for found addresses. For example, when you select change status, you can change the status of found addresses to “saved no verification” to perform a verification shipment.
- Delete → causes addresses to be deleted from the system irrevocably.
Why is return management important?
Effective returns management is a very important part of taking care of the hygiene of the base and in the process of managing the data stored in the SARE account. This allows you to achieve better statistics in subsequent campaigns, makes it easier to plan them, and reduces costs. The intuitive search engine for returns of the SARE system makes the search process quick and easy.
Remember that it is worthwhile to regularly purge the database of hard returns. In addition, there are errors in the returns received, so it is worth choosing an option that will search for us addresses in which such a situation occurred in 70-80%.
