We have different types of address statuses in our system to help you manage your subscribers’ personal information. Here is a brief description of each of these statuses:
Forgotten RODO
The “Forgotten RODO” status is assigned to people who have notified the data controller that they wish to delete their information. It can only be selected by editing a specific address (in the address details). Changing to this status is irreversible and leads to encryption of the subscriber’s personal information. Fields such as email, GSM phone number and name are considered personal data by default, while other characteristics are marked based on the PPDO agreement.
Recorded and confirmed
The status “Subscribed and confirmed” means that the owner of a given e-mail address subscribes to the mailing list and confirms his interest in receiving newsletters. This is the only status that allows sending regular newsletters to a given address.
Address blocked
The status “Address blocked” means that the user has blocked this address in the program. It will be impossible for our system to attempt to automatically add it back to the database unless the user unblocks the address.
Saved unconfirmed
The status “Unconfirmed Subscribed” means that a request to confirm the desire to receive newsletters was sent to the e-mail address provided, but the recipient did not click on the confirmation link.
No verification
The status “No verification” means that the address in the database has not been confirmed in any way and no request has been sent to its owner for confirmation. If there are addresses in our database with this status, it is possible to send an administrative email requesting confirmation of the desire.
Excerpt (optional)
The “Unsubscribe” status is automatically set if the newsletter recipient wishes to unsubscribe from the mailing list by clicking on the link attached to the newsletter. This link can be added to the newsletter using the described editor function (option “Add footer”).
He unsubscribed
The status “Unsubscribed” is used to indicate the situation when the owner of the address declares his/her wish to unsubscribe from receiving information in a manner other than automatic (e.g. by sending an email to us). This status can only be set manually by the user. In contrast to the “Blocked address” status, the owner of the address can again automatically subscribe to our database.
NOTE! Newsletters are sent only to e-mail addresses that have a “Subscribed and confirmed” status.
