Welcome to the world of subscription messages, which are an integral part of our action scenarios. Using them, you have the opportunity to interact with Internet users in various situations, such as after signing up on a web page, confirming an email, or automatically unsubscribing from an email. Take a look at the “Preferences” section (cogwheel symbol) in the upper right corner of our system to see how to use these features.
Adding new messages
At SARE, we offer standard messages that you can customize to your preferences and the needs of different interfaces (such as the English version of your site). To add a new message, simply select the appropriate message type from the list at the top of the page and click “ADD.” You can create messages in text (txt), HTML or redirect format.
- Administration Mail – TXT: Create and customize the email content, specify the email subject or web title, choose the encoding and describe the message for your convenience.
- HTML/TXT: You can create an HTML version of a page or email, or a text email, by specifying a title, description, choosing an encoding and entering the message content.
- Redirection: specify the URL to the “outside” SARE page to be redirected to, and describe the message for your convenience.
Designing a message in the Drag & Drop editor
Want to create an attractive subscription message quickly and efficiently? Our intuitive Drag & Drop editor will let you do it in no time. Once you’ve designed and saved your message, move it to the Mailing→Subscription section. Be sure to add dynamic elements like %confirm_link% or %email%. To move the creative to messages, click the icon below:
[IKONA]
The message will receive a MExxxx number, which will allow you to easily link it to a specific event. Now you can map the message under a specific subscription scenario. Want to know more about creating subscription scenarios? Click here.
Types of messages
All defined objects are displayed in a table. In SARE, we offer three types of messages as a component of subscription scenarios:
- TXT administrative mail: Most often, this is an email requesting confirmation of the addition to the database (verification email).
- HTML/TXT: Any HTML page or email (HTML or TXT version), such as the current newsletter.
- Redirect: URL to a page “outside” SARE.
