Like a friendly, professional brand, we would like to guide you through the password recovery process to ensure you have a hassle-free experience using our services. Remember, you may need to replace your password if you meet one of two criteria:
- You don’t remember your current password.
- You have not logged into the system for the past month.
Step 1: Go to the login page and start the password recovery process
First, visit our login page. Then click on the button labeled “REMOVE PASSWORD” to start the password recovery process.
Step 2: Enter your details and confirm you want to recover your password
Enter your UID number and login, then click the ‘SEND PASSWORD RETURN’ button. Follow the prompts and check your mailbox registered as a login in our system.
Step 3: Confirm password change request
In your mailbox you will find a message with a link to reset your password. Click on this link to confirm your request. Remember that the link is one-time only and valid for 24 hours after it is generated.
Step 4: Assign a new password
After clicking on the link, you will be redirected to a page to set a new password. Enter your new password in the two fields and click the “CHANGE PASSWORD” button. Remember that the new password must meet certain rules for length and complexity – a minimum of 12 characters, at least one upper and lower case letter, a number and a special character.
Tip: Make sure you have received the message
If a message with a link to change your password has not arrived in your mailbox, check other folders – such as ‘Other’, ‘Notifications’ or ‘SPAM’. Sometimes messages can be redirected there.
