Improve your shipping process with the SARE System
The SARE system provides you with a number of functionalities that can greatly speed up and simplify the message sending process. Two key tools worth using are dedicated lists of message senders and test groups.
With these tools, even if there are many people using the system, you can easily change the sender-related fields and easily target test emails to a specific group.
List of message senders
If you want to optimize the scheduling time for shipping, you can define the list of senders in the System Preferences. The path you need to follow is: PREFERENCES → General settings → Sender list of messages.
Creating such a list speeds up the planning of shipments. This is because you can choose from a ready-made list of senders and automatically fill in the required fields. This is extremely useful in MAILING: sending: step 1 of 3.
Test groups
Test groups are another solution worth using. They allow you to create a list of addresses, available for testing in the first step of sending. This will help you shorten your dispatch planning time and better manage your test verification processes. To use this option, go to: PREFERENCES → general settings → Test Groups.
- Test group name – here you assign a name for your test group. It is used when selecting addresses for the message test. It is a good idea to make the name refer to the addresses in it or the person who performs the tests. Note that the name field cannot contain special characters or diacritics, but spaces are allowed.
- List of test group addresses – this is the place where you enter the addresses assigned to the group. You can save up to 20 email addresses, separating consecutive addresses with a comma or semicolon character.
After defining the list of test groups, in the first step of dispatch planning, in addition to the option to manually enter the address for dispatching the creation test, you can indicate the defined test group.
