When scheduling a mailing, you may get a message that the weight of the mailing exceeds 10 MB. However, this does not necessarily mean that the creative itself has too much weight. This message can also appear if there are too many graphics uploaded in the system, which overall load the creation, even if the graphic is not included in the mailing.
To avoid such messages and to be sure that the shipment will be completed, we recommend regularly deleting unused graphics from the file manager located in the editor.
By regularly checking and deleting unused graphics and adding converted, smaller files to the system, you should avoid the 10MB overrun message from appearing.
