Automation with recurring dispatch – a solution for your campaign

Automation with Cyclic Mailing

Our recurring mailing is the perfect solution for those who want to automate their campaigns. It offers the simplicity and convenience of sending recurring content to different audiences, allowing you to focus on other important aspects of your business.

Implementation of Cyclical Shipping

The preparation of a recurring shipment is simple and similar to the implementation of a one-time shipment, with a few additional features. At the first stage, the only difference is the selection of the type of shipment. The course of executing a one-time shipment is discussed here.

After defining the type of shipment, we can proceed to configure the details of the recurring shipment:

  • Shipping date → Here we specify exactly when the shipment is to be made. We choose specific days of the week, days of the month or individual months. It all depends on our needs. The shipment is carried out once a day, and we can define the period of activity of the shipment, setting start and end dates.
  • Treatment of duplicates → We specify how often a particular user can receive a particular shipment (once a day, week, month, year) or decide that he or she cannot receive it again.
  • Delay execution after test → This is an option to delay the final shipment after testing. For example, if you choose to execute the shipment at 10:00 am and delay 30 minutes, the test will be executed at 10:00 am and the final shipment will be sent at 10:30 am.

Recurring dispatches can be scheduled using ABX tests, simple and advanced filters, and added to campaigns, making it easy to analyze their effectiveness later.

Cycle Shipping Edition

The ability to edit cyclic shipping is available in two areas:

  • Change the content of the mailing (creative, sender, data, subject, preheader) → To make changes, click on the pencil icon next to the scheduled mailing. You will be taken to a wizard where you can make the necessary changes. After making changes, confirm them by clicking ‘next’. Once the test has been verified, continue the process by clicking ‘next’ until you receive the appropriate message.
  • Edit mailing schedule → If you want to change the schedule, click on Mailing > Scheduled for execution date and time. A window will open with the ability to change the schedule assumptions, such as dates, days of the week, or time.

The process of executing and editing recurring mailings is intuitive and easy to learn, which makes managing email campaigns simpler and more efficient.
