Advanced flowchart panel for database segmentation

In the digital world, tools that make communication simpler are always welcome. One of them is the advanced flowchart panel offered by SARE.pl. This intuitive tool offers you the ability to effectively segment your database, which definitely makes information management easier.

The flowchart panel operates on SAREscript, which means you need a package with SAREscript available to use it. But don’t worry, it’s simple and user-friendly, even if you’re not technically proficient!

Creating a new analysis scheme

The first step you should take, using the flowchart panel tool, is to create a new analysis schema. This schema is used to segment and retrieve information about your address base, which is extremely helpful to optimize your customer communications.

Your schema can be saved in the system, which means you can use it again and again in the future. This definitely streamlines processes and saves time, instead of having to create a new schema every time you want to do an analysis.

Selecting sources for analysis

When using the flowchart panel, you have the option to select one or more groups for analysis in the system. This allows you to focus your efforts on active addresses, selecting only those addresses that are saved and confirmed. This saves time and resources by focusing only on the most valuable customers.

After selecting the groups and addresses, we move on to the first action on the database. There are simple filters in the components that allow you to search among your groups for specific addresses that meet certain criteria, as well as dispatch filters.

Combination of components

With a simple line connecting two selected components, you can easily specify which components are to interact with each other. In this way, you can control exactly what information is processed and how.

Checking the number of emails that meet the condition

After applying the filters, you can use the executive component – a counter – if you want to check how many emails meet certain conditions in your database. This gives you full control over how many addresses meet your criteria.

Analysis and follow-up

Using the “Calculate” tool located in the upper right corner, your database is analyzed. After restarting the counter, you can take further actions with the filtered addresses – add them to a group, open new groups or remove them from a group.

Address reservations

Another executive component is the ability to reserve addresses. This option is especially useful when not all the materials for the mailing, for example, the content of the email, are yet prepared, but you already want to reserve a group of recipients and mark the addresses that will take part in the mailing.

Splitting the base using a random filter

The flowchart panel also allows you to use a random filter, which will allow you to select the exact number of recipients in your base to participate in an activity. This means you can easily segment your base, which is especially useful when conducting A/B tests or other marketing experiments.

Saving and modifying the scheme

You can save the prepared diagram so that you can return to it in the future and continue your work, or modify it. You can also mark who created it, which is helpful for teamwork. You will find it later in the section of available analyses.

We would like to encourage you to try the flowchart functionality. It is a powerful tool that can significantly improve your database analysis and segmentation processes. We believe you will see the added value that this advanced panel brings.
