We’re glad you’ve chosen the SARE system! We are here to help you understand how to use our features so that they can benefit you as much as possible. In this manual, we describe in detail how to use our Address Reports. We believe it will make your work even more efficient.
Selection of Reporting Period
The first step in analyzing address reports is to select the period you are interested in. Possible options are: 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, ½ year, full year, or entire period. Choosing the right period will allow you to accurately track the growth of your subscriber base and analyze the effectiveness of various marketing strategies.
Understanding Numerical Data
After selecting a period, you are presented with the following data:
- New subscribers → addresses that have been automatically uploaded to the system thanks to the integration of the sign-up form on the website with the database in the SARE system. This statistic shows the effectiveness of your signup form and allows you to track the growth of your subscriber base.
- Unconfirmed addresses → sum of addresses that have not been confirmed in the selected period. Monitoring this statistic can help you understand whether the subscription confirmation process is simple enough for your users.
- Unsubscribers → number of subscribers who have unsubscribed from the newsletter. Analyzing this indicator can help you understand how to keep subscribers engaged.
- Imported addresses → email addresses imported into the system by you. This allows you to track how many addresses have been added to the database as a result of the import.
- Addresses added manually → addresses that have been manually added to the database through the “Addresses – add address” option. This option gives you the opportunity to personalize your database.
Detailed Statistics
Clicking on any of the above categories will take you to a page with detailed statistics, such as the email address, when the add or unsubscribe occurred, what interface this was done from, and the import number. In addition, it is possible to export this data to an .xml or .csv file, allowing you to do in-depth analysis outside of our system.
Information on Reasons for Discharge
If you use an unsubscribe mechanism with a reason, this data will also be visible in our reports. This will give you a better understanding of why subscribers are unsubscribing and what aspects of your campaign may need improvement.
Address and Domain Registration
Underneath the figures presented, there is a graph showing the number of registered addresses in the selected period and a detailed tabular summary. This gives you a complete picture of how your database is growing and how effective your subscriber acquisition strategies are. In addition, we present a chart showing the current distribution of subscribers’ domains, which gives you a better understanding of which email platforms are the most popular among your subscribers.
