If you own an online store, you can upload a file with products from your store, known as a product feed, to SAREpush. This will allow you to use specific products in push notifications.
Adding a product feed
To add a product feed to SAREpush, follow the steps below:
- Open the SAREpush panel and go to the “Integrations” tab.
- Click on the tile labeled “Product File.”
- In the window that appears, paste the link to the product feed file in XML format (1) and click “SAVE” (2).

Use of products from the product feed in a campaign
Products loaded in the product feed can be used to set up push campaigns. Here are two examples:
Example 1: Promotional campaign for a new product
You can schedule a promotional campaign for a new product to be sent to the entire push subscriber base or a selected segment of subscribers. This way you can quickly inform subscribers about the new product and direct them to a specific product right away.
Example 2: Sending a best-selling product to new subscribers
In a welcome campaign for new subscribers, you can send a specific best-selling product along with an incentive for first-time shoppers. In addition, in the content of the notification you can provide a discount code that subscribers can use when shopping.
